ZTE Axon Max

ZTE would soon be launching the Axon Max. The Chinese smartphone maker has not yet revealed any details on the smartphone but has said it would feature "a larger-screen smartphone device with a bigger battery." The handset launch date or the price details are not known as of now.

Although the details are scarce at the moment, the Axon Max is expected to feature the same Boeing 787 aircraft-grade aluminium-titanium alloy build like most of the other smartphones in the family. Like the recently launched Axon Mini, the Axon Max might also feature a fingerprint sensor, an eye-scanner, and dual microphones and Hi-Fi sound tech. It is likely to sport the same design profile like its siblings.

Some of the rumoured specifications of ZTE Axon Max are 6-inch QHD (1440x2560 pixels) resolution display; octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with Adreno 430 and 4 GB of RAM; 13-megapixel rear camera, and a 3000 mAh battery. Based on the rumoured specifications, the smartphone specs resemble the ZTE Axon closely, except for a bigger display size. The Axon features a smaller 5.5-inch display, houses an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and 32 GB of inbuilt storage.

ZTE, by launching its Axon-line of devices, aims to stand high along with other premium smartphones in the market. The company until now has unveiled four smartphones and one smartwatch in the Axon family. The current smartphone line-up includes ZTE Axon, Axon Mini, Axon Lux and Axon Elite. All of them feature high-end specifications and a premium price tag as well.
